JES WELLIS QUALITY GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY TERMS

Maintenance and repair services for products purchased from our brand-registered company's website www.jeswellis.com are guaranteed under Jes Wellis protection for 12 months/1 year.

  1. The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the goods and covers maintenance and repair of products with manufacturing defects, color changes, and tarnishing for a period of 1 (one) year/12 months, with all shipping costs borne by our company.
  2. All parts of the product, including all components, are covered by the warranty.
  3. Our products are made of 925 sterling silver and are produced with Micron Gold Plating process. You can find the "925" silver stamp on our products along with our registered brand logo "JW".
  4. To validate warranty conditions, please inspect the product upon delivery. Do not accept the product if you notice any damage, and make sure to document it.
  5. In order for the products to be evaluated under warranty, the product invoice must be presented, and the customer must be registered with their Name, Mobile Phone Number, and Email address in the Jes Wellis database. Otherwise, the product will not be evaluated under warranty.
  6. Every defective product received under warranty is examined by Jes Wellis experts. Defects and damages caused by production-related issues can be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent product.
  7. Stone drop issues determined to be production-related are evaluated under the Jes Wellis guarantee and repaired.
  8. Products determined to have production-related issues, such as detachment from the welding or bonding points, are evaluated under the Jes Wellis guarantee and repaired.
  9. Damage and deterioration identified by Jes Wellis technical experts as customer-induced are not covered by the warranty;
  • Our technical experts can determine any defects, incorrect storage conditions, usage errors, or accidents resulting in damage to the product. In such cases, damages caused by factors such as breakage, deformation, bending, stone drop, or damage due to chemical contact are not considered within the product warranty.
  • Products that have been adjusted, repaired, or otherwise tampered with by third parties are not eligible for warranty coverage.
  1. For products not covered by the warranty, you can receive paid maintenance and renewal services under the "Silver Upcycling Program". Maintenance fees will be notified to you after product inspection. Shipping costs for all services not covered by the warranty will be borne by the customer.
