RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To cancel any order, you can send your order number and cancellation request to [email protected]. If your order is in the "Shipped" status, you can return it instead of canceling it.
After the cancellation of your order, instructions for the refund are sent to your bank. Depending on your bank, the product price will be credited back to your credit card within 1-10 business days following the instructions. Jeswellis.com does not have any intervention rights over the refund process handled entirely by your bank.
You can return the design you purchased from Jes Wellis within 14 days of delivery if you meet the return conditions.
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange: Any sign of wear, use, or alteration from the original condition;
- The product must be returned in its original condition
- Invalid situations for return or exchange include
- Removed tags
- Used or stained items
- Lost resale value
- Invoice date exceeds 14 days
- The responsibility for products lies with the customer until they are received by Jes Wellis, and any fees associated with returns or exchanges are borne by the customer. Responsibility is not accepted for loss during delivery.
- For exchanges made via shipment, the exchange process begins after the shipment reaches us. In case the desired product for exchange is out of stock, we will contact you to select an alternative product.
- During the return or exchange process of purchased products, if internet campaigns differ, the exchange process will be carried out based on the conditions of the current campaign.
- Once your return is received and the returned products are checked for compliance with the return conditions by our team, you will be notified by email that we have received the returned product.
- Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and depending on your bank, the product price will be automatically refunded to your original payment method via wire transfer within 1-10 business days following the instructions. Jes Wellis has no intervention rights over the refund process, which is entirely dependent on your bank.
- Returns or exchanges of personalized orders are not accepted.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for ring orders made according to the individual's own ring size.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the earring category for hygienic reasons.
- If the value of the product eligible for exchange is lower than the value of the product intended to be exchanged, no refund will be issued for the price difference."
Return/Exchange Address:
You can send your orders to be returned in the manner sent to you, including the product, (if any, invoice, certificate, warranty document, and any gift products), to the following central address, by writing "Jes Wellis E-Commerce" as the recipient.
The Shipping Fee for return/exchange requests is borne by the customer.
